Lead day-to-day management of contract and task order execution, serve as primary point of contact with COR/CO, oversee and develop contractor staff, produce technical and financial reports, ensure timely quality deliverables, and apply process improvement, change management, and strategic advisory to resolve complex problems and deliver solutions.

Support military logistics by processing and managing personnel and sustainment gear, incoming materiel, inventory, and reconciliations in DPAS/R-Supply/SSAVIE. Perform warehouse receiving, stowage, shipping, DRMO processing, life-cycle management of SPEAR gear, customer service, data entry and analysis, research on supply transaction issues, and provide quarterly status reports.

Develop and qualify a pipeline of federal, state, and local government opportunities; support market strategy, teaming, capture, proposals, and customer outreach; perform market and competitor analysis; prepare white papers, RFIs, and transition contract awards to program managers.

Manage planning and implementation of contract support for DoD programs: interface with government stakeholders, conduct feasibility and cost reviews, oversee logistics support analysis and systems safety studies, allocate resources, and lead military hardware and software development efforts to meet technical objectives.

Manage contractor performance and communications for the USCG Offshore Patrol Cutter project, keep COR informed, present deliverables, coordinate meetings, conduct monthly status reviews, and resolve technical issues.

Provide records management and information assurance support: oversee records program, maintain office records lists, advise on disposition, ensure NARA/DoD/Army compliance, conduct surveys/inspections, develop and deliver training, and maintain audit readiness for RMIC/MICP testing.

Develop strategic communication plans and create speeches, articles, press releases, presentations, and multimedia. Manage public/internal websites and social media, produce/edit video/photography/graphics, track analytics. Plan and execute ~40 annual exhibits/events including logistics and budgets. Provide administrative, media relations, outreach, archival research, transcription, and historical documentation support. Attend classified and unclassified senior leadership meetings and support C-suite communications.

Lead and coordinate contract support across technical, engineering, acquisition, program management, security, logistics, financial, and administrative areas. Organize and implement contract activities, interface with government personnel, perform project feasibility/cost analysis, ensure work standards, and interpret policies for staff.

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-prem and Online) using SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Platform tools, and BI dashboards within an Agile SDLC. Participate in architecture, migrations, testing, documentation, demos, and product design reviews while supporting stakeholders and training.
