Title: Program Management Operations Analyst I (Junior)

Scope: Coordinates project activities to ensure the project is on schedule. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate and track project activities to help ensure milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are met.
- Provide administrative and logistical support, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing documentation, and recording action items.
- Maintain and update progress trackers, reports, and program documentation.
- Assist in organizing program data, compiling inputs, and preparing summaries for leadership review.
- Support communication across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Review and interpret guidance such as Executive Orders, DoD, DoN, SECNAV, and NAVSEA directives to support program staff (desired skill).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of program processes and documentation standards.
- Work under moderate supervision while gaining proficiency in assigned functional areas.
- At least 0-4 years of experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret Executive Orders, DoD, DoN, SECNAV and NAVSEA directives to provide guidance to personnel is desired.
- Works under moderate supervision.
- Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 0-4 years of experience in program or project support
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret Executive Orders, DoD, DoN, SECNAV, and NAVSEA directives
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and gain proficiency in assigned functional areas
