Research and audit activations credit memos, prepare reports, communicate findings to Activations leadership, refine reporting processes, and perform related financial auditing tasks.

Coordinate utility activations/deactivations by researching and resolving delays, handling client and utility communications, documenting disconnects, and providing clear status summaries. Heavy phone-based client coordination and problem resolution.

As an Authorizations Account Processor, you will manage utility vendor authorizations, process bills, and ensure client communication, aiming for daily billing resolutions.

Manage utility invoice exceptions: research balance-forward issues and billing errors, request missing or corrected invoices, obtain extensions or expedited payments, maintain exception reports, and liaise with utility providers to avoid late fees and disconnections.

Manage front-desk duties, office supplies, mail and shipments, and event/ordering logistics. Greet guests, track equipment, support large projects, and perform miscellaneous administrative tasks while maintaining organization and efficiency.

Manage customer relationships for the Goby sustainability platform, onboard customers, drive value and adoption, provide training and demos, collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings, and use data and processes to solve problems and retain clients.

Manage contracts, quoting, fees, and revenue processes for property onboarding and changes. Capture contract data, maintain fee dashboards, implement revenue controls, handle fee change requests, support reporting, and coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and AR to ensure accurate booking and recognition.
