Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for managing company supplies, mail, shipments, greeting guests, etc. This is a fast-paced, quickly changing position and requires an extremely detailed individual who can plan their time appropriately. Must be highly reliable and a driven self-starter.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for greeting and assisting guests
- Track and supply inventory of office supplies
- Sort incoming mail and prepare and deliver outgoing mail
- Prepare miscellaneous shipments as needed
- Manage shirt and anniversary gift orders, including placing, sorting, and distributing orders
- Set up, collect, and track office equipment
- Miscellaneous large projects without much support from others
- Manage planning and prepping for holiday events with the team
- Other miscellaneous responsibilities that may arise

- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities accordingly
- Self-motivated with desire to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Multi-tasking with the ability to manage interruptions and unexpected circumstances
- Capable of maintaining resolve and exceeding expectations under pressure
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google products
