Develop and deploy complex software solutions to optimize metals production. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver web-based applications using ReactJS (with 3D capabilities), C#, and modern databases. Contribute to sustainable metals production initiatives and integrate with process automation systems where applicable.

Design, develop, test, commission, and support PLC-based automated control systems for metals production. Create PLC/HMI code, run simulations and factory acceptance tests, perform cold and hot commissioning, troubleshoot startup issues, and document changes.

Lead mechanical engineering projects from concept through delivery, producing models, drawings, FEA, reports, and engineering packages. Manage budgets, schedules, and engineering teams; coordinate with project management, supply chain, customers and suppliers; ensure quality, standards compliance, and cost-effective execution. Support global teams and travel as needed.

Lead projects end-to-end, coordinating engineering, purchasing, QA and finance. Plan schedules, staffing, and budgets; monitor performance, manage scope changes, invoicing, closeouts, and analyze financials. Serve as primary customer contact and travel extensively for project needs.
