Manage relationships with Marsh’s largest and most complex risk management clients in Singapore. Responsibilities include leading complex accounts, developing client proposals and analyses, researching insurance market trends, identifying growth opportunities, resolving escalated issues, supporting tailored solutions, and collaborating with business development, placement, operations, and other stakeholders. Participate in client meetings, identify new business opportunities, and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Supports Account Managers with global client account activities, client-call preparation, action tracking, timelines, deliverables, reporting, documentation, and workflow coordination. Reviews data to identify trends and insights, liaises with local and global teams, and maintains accurate account records. The role offers early-career exposure to global benefits management, client coordination, and project tracking.
