Marsh Turkey is seeking candidates for Senior Account Executive for our FINPRO Department based in Istanbul office!

We will count on you to:
Provide consultancy support to Financial Insurance Lines, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders on complex matters
Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures
Deliver tailored insurance solutions for financial lines (D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance and Marine Cargo)
Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services
Solve problems regarding client account issues and ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients
Participate in client and prospect meetings
Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects
What you need to have:
University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
Min 5 years of relevant experience in Finpro/Corporate Insurance/Brokerage
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
Advanced communication, presentation and training skills
Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
Proficiency with MS Office applications
