We are seeking a Junior Global Benefits Management Account Specialist to support our Account Management team in delivering high-quality client service across global accounts.
This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, tech-savvy, and interested in client support, data analysis, and project coordination. You will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams locally and globally to help ensure the smooth delivery of client workstreams.
This role will be based in Cluj-Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:Support Account Managers with day-to-day client account activity
Liaise with internal teams across local and global locations
Help prepare for and support client calls, including tracking actions and follow-ups
Assist with monitoring timelines, deliverables, and priorities
Review data to identify key themes, trends, and insights
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and status updates
Use technology and business systems effectively to support reporting and workflow management
Contribute to efficient coordination across accounts and projects
Strong organizational and project management skills
