We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management (Broking) team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will join as a seasoned professional individual contributor in Client Relationship Management, who works independently with minimal supervision to grow, ensure retention and relationship satisfaction of existing clients and assists senior level colleagues with complex account work to gain exposure to various markets or industries.
Specifically you will:
Serve as a client manager for the account team on large initiatives or complex accounts, implementing action plans, monitoring progress, assuring service meets or exceeding expectations and protecting the firm from errors & omissions.
Draft essential comprehensive project documents intended for clients including: white papers, approaches, quantitative financial analyses or general presentations on new subjects or opportunities to support the creation of sales opportunities and account backing.
Conduct research on various markets or industries as designated to find resources on new growth areas and trends for expansion for internal use to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct and refine data analyses to support proposal creation and account-facing presentations.
Address escalated issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, helps manage expectations, mitigate relationship risks and applies judgement as to when to escalate major issues to senior level colleagues ensuring compliance.
Offer technical and transactional support for complex or high-priority relationships when needed to ensure relationship satisfaction and facilitate a mutual internal and external understanding.

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
8 years' minimum prior experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
