Design and implement secure, scalable full stack web applications and investigative tools for DHS C3. Lead site-level network design, deployment, and sustainment for wired, wireless, and mobile broadband across Indo-Pacific USAF bases. Direct surveys, create designs and cyber artifacts, implement routing (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP), ensure regulatory compliance, provide post-deployment OTS training, and coordinate with communications and cybersecurity teams to troubleshoot and hand off operational networks.
