Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering activities for modular industrial projects, serving as the technical focal point among engineering teams, project managers, suppliers, procurement, and customers. Supports planning, execution, scheduling, quality, cost, design reviews, HAZOPs, risk mitigation, scope changes, procurement interfaces, and project reporting. Ensures engineering deliverables meet customer and project requirements while promoting safety and engineering standards.

Lead regional P&L (~$100M+), drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and operational reviews. Partner with regional and functional leaders to run Pulse, SRO, AOP and monthly reviews, identify risks and opportunities, support deal reviews and guide action plans to improve pricing, revenue, margins and cash conversion.

Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based microservices and mobile applications. Implement secure development practices (threat modeling, vulnerability assessments), build CI/CD pipelines, write and run unit/integration tests, provision handheld/Bluetooth devices, and provide technical consulting and support to internal and external customers.
