Honeywell UOP Korea is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Program Lead) to support the execution of Modular projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from proposal handover through execution and closeout.
Responsibilities- Lead assigned Modular, FastFEED, and EPF projects from project kickoff through successful completion.
- Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction activities.
- Manage project scope, risks, opportunities, and change control processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders.
- Ensure project execution aligns with UOP standards, quality requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions when required.
- Lead project reviews and communicate project status to management and customers.
- Support proposal, planning, and resource forecasting activities for upcoming projects.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, project engineering, or engineering execution.
- Experience managing EPC, Modular, Process Plant, Petrochemical, Refining, LNG, Energy, or Industrial projects.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and CORA application.
- Experience with FastFEED, Modular Plant, or Mega Project execution.
- Experience working with global project teams across multiple regions.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment.
