Lead execution of consumer-facing digital product roadmaps for the Mexican market. Manage analytical service operations by overseeing a team, designing software for data mining, developing statistical models, and generating insights for marketing outcomes. Provide training and mentorship to direct reports.

Design, build, and maintain Java-based cloud-native backend services and microservices for a fraud platform. Contribute to system design, CI/CD, integrations, performance, and production reliability. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across product, architecture, DevOps, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.

Operationalize and embed a modern PDLC and departmental operating model for the Canada Solutions team; implement governance and reporting, drive adoption, prepare leadership updates, align product strategies, and accelerate decision velocity and time-to-market.
