Team Overview
The Consumer Solutions team is responsible for developing, managing, and growing TransUnion's direct-to-consumer and consumer-focused digital solutions that help individuals better understand, protect, and improve their financial health and identity security. The team partners closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver innovative digital experiences that create value for consumers and support business growth. Through customer-centric product development, market insights, and continuous optimization, the team advances TransUnion's strategy of expanding trusted consumer solutions across the Mexican market. This role reports to Carlos Medina, Director, Business Development/ Consumer Interactive. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of revenue growth, profitability, and business performance objectives across consumer-facing product lines.
- Execute the digital product roadmap for the Mexican market and partner with development teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
- Participate across the full product lifecycle, including strategy, requirements gathering, delivery, go-to-market activities, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products and provide recommendations that support business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document customer, consumer, and market requirements through research, Voice of Customer (VOC), and market intelligence activities.
- Monitor product performance, business KPIs, financial metrics, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, design, sales, and international teams to drive cross-functional alignment and successful product execution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning activities to influence priorities, delivery timelines, and business outcomes.
- Translate business opportunities into actionable product requirements that support customer and organizational needs.
- Drive measurable consumer growth, product adoption, customer value, and operational efficiency through effective product management practices
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: product management, B2B2C solutions, SaaS, direct-to-consumer products, digital financial services, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, including strategy, development, launch, and optimization.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving business growth, product adoption, and customer value.
- Experience defining and implementing product roadmaps using Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery models.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Technical Skills
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies and frameworks.
- Ability to define product requirements, user needs, and business cases using customer and market insights.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience evaluating product, financial, and business performance metrics.
- Experience using Voice of Customer (VOC), market research, and data-driven decision-making techniques to support product development.
- Ability to manage product roadmaps, prioritization activities, and cross-functional product delivery processes.
