Drive new business and manage renewals for medical stop-loss insurance within a Midwestern territory. Perform outside sales to TPAs and brokers, negotiate fees, develop marketing materials, monitor competitors and pricing, gather utilization data for pricing, maintain producer databases, liaise with Claims during approvals, and attend trade shows. Frequent client relationship building and travel required.

Support Resilience and Risk & Controls managers by consolidating and visualizing risk and controls data, tracking mitigation and audit actions, maintaining business continuity and operational resilience frameworks, coordinating governance and committee follow-ups, reviewing continuity metrics and incident data, and engaging stakeholders to deliver resilience improvements.

Sell medical stop-loss insurance to TPAs and brokers within an assigned region. Generate new business, manage and grow existing accounts, negotiate fees, monitor market trends and pricing, coordinate with claims and TPAs, produce marketing materials, maintain producer databases, attend trade shows, and travel up to 50%.

Provide administrative support to the claims team for financial lines (D&O, E&O, Crime). Tasks include logging and tracking notifications, opening and closing claim files, coordinating payment processes with finance, preparing audit documentation, assisting with monthly claims reports, and occasional reception duties.

Review, draft, and administer reinsurance contracts to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards; liaise with Accounting, Claims, and counterparties; compile review notes, track documentation, maintain contract files, produce reports, and escalate non-compliant wording for management review.

Lead and manage insurance-related investigations into suspected fraud and money laundering. Produce internal and external reports (including Suspicious Activity Reports), maintain and enhance the Fraud Log, review SIRA alerts to resolution, deliver MI and committee papers, and provide guidance and training to claims and underwriting teams.

Manage and evaluate specialty liability insurance claims including investigations, coverage analysis, outside counsel oversight, litigation management, negotiation of settlements, legal research, and written/oral communications with stakeholders.

Deliver an AI-enabled DevOps and automation capability: design scalable CI/CD patterns, integrate Azure AI Foundry and AI services into pipelines, implement IaC and operational tooling, improve SDLC with AI, and provide documentation and structured knowledge transfer to TMHCC engineering teams.

Provide internal controls and JSOx compliance support across UK and Europe: identify and design controls, perform walkthroughs and testing, prepare workpapers, track and remediate deficiencies via RAPTracker, liaise with Internal Audit and external auditors, support system implementations and UAT, develop workplans and report findings to management.

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with brokers and agents to generate new business and grow existing blocks. Conduct outside sales calls, attend trade shows, create marketing strategies/materials, monitor competitor/pricing/producer metrics, collaborate with Marketing Director, and manage producer databases and client issues.
