Build the company’s SaaS marketplace success function from scratch as its first retention team member. Develop customer success processes, identify and solve customer problems, drive retention, build strong customer relationships, learn AWS and related technical concepts, and communicate fluently in English and Hindi. The role requires high ownership, initiative, diligence, and a willingness to work in an ambiguous zero-to-one environment.

Drive and scale Nuclei’s EMEA business by owning regional sales strategy and revenue growth. Manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with senior stakeholders, identify new markets and strategic partnerships, lead go-to-market and expansion plans, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals. The role is Europe-based and requires fluency in English plus German or Spanish.

Conduct account research, cold call senior decision-makers, understand business problems, communicate solution value, follow up consistently, and gather information to advance sales opportunities. The role develops B2B SaaS sales skills and offers progression toward Account Executive and enterprise sales roles.

Craft Nuclei’s brand story across products, people, and culture. Partner with the CEO and VP of Product to define brand narrative and strategy, communicate company culture externally and internally, understand BFSI and telecom audiences, and execute branding initiatives independently. This is a remote individual contributor role open to full-time, part-time, or short-term consulting arrangements.

Own finance operations across multiple business lines and geographies, including budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, accounting, tax, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory filings. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Mentor junior finance staff, improve processes through automation, and build scalable finance operations supporting business decisions.

Manage and grow strategic bank accounts across KSA, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewals, client satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling. Build relationships with senior banking stakeholders, tailor SaaS and marketplace proposals, coordinate product and technology integrations, monitor account health, and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Own travel product initiatives across flights, hotels, and experiences from discovery through launch and optimization. Define requirements, prioritize work, coordinate engineering, design, business teams, and partners, and analyze user behavior and business metrics. Drive experiments and product-led growth initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Continuously refine the product using customer feedback, analytics, and performance insights.

Conduct prospect research, cold outreach, and follow-up with founders, CFOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers. Identify business needs, communicate solution value, qualify opportunities, collect required information, and support pipeline progression. Collaborate with the sales team while developing skills in B2B SaaS prospecting, sales conversations, and opportunity management, with a growth path toward Account Executive and enterprise sales roles.
