About the Role
What You’ll Do
What We’re Looking For
We’d Love to See
We’re building a travel platform spanning Flights, Hotels, and Experiences for one of the largest telecom operators in Europe. The product brings together multiple travel partners and integrates deeply with the telecom’s loyalty ecosystem to create a seamless booking experience for millions of users.
We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager who is excited by the challenge of building products from the ground up. You’ll work across the entire product lifecycle—from identifying customer problems and defining solutions to launching features, measuring their impact, and continuously improving the experience.
This role doesn’t end at launch. Once the product is live, you will work closely with users, analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive product-led growth initiatives that improve conversion, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product into one that customers love and one that delivers meaningful business outcomes.
If you’re someone who enjoys solving customer problems, making data-driven decisions, and taking ownership from idea to impact, you’ll thrive in this role.
This is a permanent work from home and a remote role.
- Help build and scale the Flights, Hotels, and Experiences product from the ground up.
- Own product initiatives from discovery and problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with engineering, design, business, and external partners to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Translate customer problems and business opportunities into clear product requirements and PRDs.
- Define priorities, manage execution, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, customer feedback, and business performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design, prioritize, and execute product-led growth initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, repeat usage, and retention.
- Run experiments, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly based on customer insights and data.
- Coordinate with integration partners to ensure reliable and scalable customer experiences.
- Continuously refine the product based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
- 2 to 4 years of product management experience building consumer or marketplace products.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into intuitive customer experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Curiosity to understand customers, technology, and business—not just feature requirements.
Above all, we’re looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership. Someone who treats the product as their own, takes initiative without waiting to be asked, and is driven to create meaningful customer and business impact. We value people who are naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about building great products - people who don’t stop once a feature is launched but continuously look for ways to make the product better.
We’d Love to See
While not a requirement, we’d especially love to hear from candidates who have demonstrated a strong builder mindset outside their day-to-day role. This could include:
- Founding or being an early member of a startup.
- Building a meaningful side project, product, business, or venture from scratch.
- Pursuing entrepreneurial experiences that required taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and learning by doing.
- Choosing an unconventional career path to build something of your own before or alongside a corporate role.
These experiences aren’t mandatory, but they often reflect the qualities we value most - ownership, resourcefulness, resilience, and a bias toward action. If you have built something you are proud of, we would love to hear about it.
