Provide management with financial insights and maintain accurate ledgers, reporting, and compliance across finance workflows.

Manage mechanical engineering projects from design through manufacturing, testing, documentation, and delivery. Configure and enhance Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro, focusing on technical authoring, demand planning, forecasting, dashboards, workflows, automation, and process chains. Support solution design by translating supply chain requirements into technical architectures and specifications. Collaborate with global stakeholders across UK and US business hours, with exposure to supply planning, MPS, and S&OP processes.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including salary processing, employee data, attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance. Prepare payroll and MIS reports, coordinate with HR and Finance, resolve employee queries, maintain confidential records, and support audits.
