Leads end-to-end academic program performance across partner colleges, overseeing student outcomes, retention, engagement, trainer quality, events, institutional partnerships, and operational governance. Oversees lead conversion, sales funnel hygiene, CRM usage, follow-ups, cross-selling, team training, recruitment support, performance reporting, call audits, and quality assurance. Collaborates with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality, sales processes, and team productivity.

Own IIDE’s brand strategy and visibility across social media, PR, influencers, events, partnerships, and campus activations. Lead integrated digital and offline campaigns, content strategy, storytelling, marketing calendars, KPI tracking, creative execution, teams, agencies, and brand budgets. Partner with growth, product, and sales teams to connect brand building with business growth.

Guide prospective students through career decisions, conduct one-on-one counselling, recommend programs, follow up on admissions leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments. Build relationships with students and parents, maintain CRM records, collaborate with admissions and marketing teams, support enrollment initiatives, and work toward monthly targets in a fast-paced office environment.

Supports the Marketing team by writing SEO-optimized blogs, website pages, and digital content. Conducts keyword research and competitor analysis, identifies content opportunities, edits and proofreads copy, and follows SEO, Helpful Content, and E-E-A-T guidelines. Learns to use SEO tools to monitor performance and collaborates with teammates to improve content quality and organic reach.
