Collaborates with creative, compliance, and product teams, analyzes performance data, mentors specialists, monitors industry and platform changes, and identifies new growth channels within forex and CFD marketing.

Develops and manages data-driven, omnichannel CRM campaigns across customer lifecycle stages, including onboarding, conversion, retention, reactivation, education, and loyalty. Builds personalised journeys using segmentation, dynamic content, behavioural data, and conditional logic. Manages marketing automation platforms and CRM data structures, collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyses campaign performance, conducts testing, and optimises journeys against business KPIs.

Designs, manages, and optimizes Kubernetes clusters and production workloads. Monitors and troubleshoots Linux, networking, AWS, and Kubernetes environments; leads infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, high-availability, and disaster-recovery initiatives. Expands SaltStack automation, collaborates on architecture decisions, mentors engineers, maintains documentation, and drives continuous improvement across infrastructure and automation.

Designs, maintains, and executes manual test cases for web and mobile applications. Analyzes requirements, defines acceptance criteria, identifies and documents defects, validates functional and non-functional requirements, and collaborates with developers on issue resolution. The role also improves testing standards, follows industry best practices, and participates in on-call support.
