Work with customers to analyze business problems and design ServiceNow-based solutions. Lead workshops, document processes, recommend improvements, support sales and delivery, and create best practices and project artifacts.

Provide technical sales support for ServiceNow by leading discovery, delivering demos and tailored POCs, responding to RFIs/RFPs, maintaining demo environments, supporting marketing events, and handing off engagements to delivery. Stay current on product and competitive developments, educate customers on platform value, and contribute to process and portfolio improvements to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

Lead and grow RGP's ServiceNow and SaaS services sales across Southeast Asia. Manage and coach a senior sales, presales, and marketing team, own strategic accounts, develop market and product strategies, drive pipeline and full sales cycle execution, maintain CRM data, forecast revenue and margins, and deepen enterprise customer relationships.

Provide pre-sales technical support and product guidance for ServiceNow: qualify requirements, build and run demos and POCs, respond to RFI/RFPs, support marketing events, and hand off to delivery teams.

Sell ServiceNow licenses and services to new and existing enterprise customers. Develop territory, build senior stakeholder relationships across IT, finance, HR and customer service, pursue leads, maintain CRM data, meet quarterly sales targets, and collaborate with sales leadership and presales teams to drive adoption and business outcomes.
