The role requires strong writing, research, social media, CMS, and digital content skills.

Provide hands-on support and maintenance for client servers, networks, hardware, virtualization, backups, and remote support tools. Assist with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, patching, monitoring, VPNs, infrastructure rollouts, upgrades, and migrations. Deliver first-level remote and onsite client support within SLAs, coordinate vendor escalations, document configurations, conduct health checks, maintain asset inventories, and support client training and IT security compliance.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack web applications with PHP, Laravel, and MySQL; design databases and APIs; conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation; implement AI and blockchain integrations; and create and deliver software development training through in-person and virtual instruction. Supervise student projects, demonstrate live coding, and assess code quality, efficiency, and security.

Maintains accurate financial records, records daily transactions, manages accounts payable and receivable, performs bank, mobile money, and petty cash reconciliations, and assists with financial reporting. The role also supports inventory costing, statutory filings, audits, budgeting, forecasting, expense monitoring, compliance, and coordination with external accountants and auditors. Additional responsibilities include providing confidential administrative and financial support to the Founder and CEO.
