Manages new and used vehicle sales departments, including forecasting, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, sales coaching, inventory recommendations, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, recordkeeping, and coordination with service, parts, and business office teams.

Manage new and used vehicle sales by forecasting goals, hiring, training, supervising and motivating sales staff, setting objectives and commissions, conducting sales meetings and training, maintaining sales records, appraising used vehicles, recommending inventory, coordinating with service/parts/finance, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer delivery standards, and supporting advertising and promotions to maximize gross and F&I penetration.

Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, provide basic information, take messages, and perform other front-desk duties to ensure a positive customer experience.

Manage dealership finance processes: secure financing approvals, maintain relationships with lenders and insurers, prepare penetration and forecasting reports, verify paperwork, assist sales staff in negotiations, track daily logs, and ensure compliance with sales and finance policies. Manage store accounting operations, safeguard assets, maintain cash management, close monthly books, prepare financial statements/reports, analyze financials, support managers to improve revenue and control expenses, and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
