Manage applicant tracking and HRIS tasks including creating offer letters, running background and drug screens, onboarding hires into HRIS, maintaining requisitions and recruiting vendors, updating intranet and documents, and supporting HR manager as needed.

Manages dealership finance operations, including submitting deals for approval, maintaining relationships with lenders and insurers, reviewing contracts and lien information, tracking finance penetration and profitability, preparing reports, supporting sales negotiations, and ensuring customer follow-up and satisfaction documentation. Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and implementation of prospecting and advertising programs.

Contact new and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries to set appointments, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Use BDC CRM and scripts, follow dealership policies, track inventory and promotions, meet daily/weekly goals, and maintain accurate records while participating in ongoing training and collaborating with sales staff.

Manage new and used vehicle sales team: hire, train, schedule, coach, set and review sales/gross objectives, conduct meetings, maintain sales records, appraise used cars, recommend inventory, coordinate with service/parts/finance, assist advertising and promotions, and ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Manage dealership finance processes: submit and obtain approvals for finance deals, maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers, prepare penetration and forecasting reports, ensure paperwork accuracy, support sales negotiations, and attend management meetings.

Manage daily operations of the body shop including hiring, training, scheduling, budgeting, customer and insurer relations, quality control, regulatory compliance, billing, and parts follow-up. Lead staff performance reviews and enforce standard operating procedures.

Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, provide basic information, take messages, and perform other front-desk duties to ensure a positive customer experience.

Visit regional dealerships to capture photos and videos; create engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to support sales and service goals.
