Oversee end-to-end securities and investment product operations, including trade processing, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, custody reconciliation, controls, reporting, audits, and regulatory engagement. Lead process improvements, system enhancement requirements, new product operational readiness, and operations team development. Executes retail activations, pop-up events, social media content, and integrated online-to-offline campaigns across Sydney and Melbourne. Coordinates vendors, promotional materials, event logistics, inventory, and campaign rollouts. Drafts investment-focused content for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, and TikTok, maintains performance dashboards, tracks engagement and conversions, and identifies optimization opportunities while collaborating with retail, marketing, design teams, and external vendors.

Develop and lead investor education content across social media, video, MooAcademy, webinars, and events. Simplify complex investment concepts for audiences ranging from beginners to experienced investors, using audience insights and performance data to improve educational strategy. Serve as a public-facing moomoo ambassador, presenting to investors, answering questions, and representing the company at industry and community events. Expertise in options, equities, ETFs, portfolio construction, risk management, and AI-powered investing is required.

Manages the company’s compliance and risk management framework, including policies, monitoring, regulatory advice, transaction surveillance, risk reporting, regulatory submissions, and engagement with Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia. Leads compliance reviews, identifies control gaps, advises business teams on initiatives, monitors regulatory developments, prepares board materials, and manages a small compliance team.

Oversee securities trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, asset transfers, and operational risk controls across multiple asset classes. Manage brokers, custodians, clearing houses, and counterparties; ensure regulatory compliance, reporting, audit readiness, and operational resilience. Lead process improvements, system implementations, product launches, UAT, platform migrations, and automation initiatives using AI Agents and RPA.

Drive institutional client acquisition and relationships, support execution of sales and strategic initiatives, gather market intelligence, collaborate cross-functionally to fulfill client requests, monitor pipeline and KPIs, and maintain high service standards while obtaining required securities licenses.

Leads financial public relations and investor relations projects for listed clients, including earnings calls, roadshows, investor events, and report communications. Manages client relationships and full project lifecycles, develops capital-market communication strategies, prepares proposals, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and monitors HKEX trends and regulatory changes. The role also contributes to service optimization and requires strong financial, communication, judgment, and execution skills.
