We are looking for a Visual Designer to support our user acquisition, growth marketing, and localization initiatives in Saudi Arabia and the broader Arab market.
You will connect our global product capabilities with culturally relevant visual storytelling, transforming financial and investment concepts into clear, engaging creative assets for local audiences. This role requires strong visual design skills, an understanding of performance marketing, and deep familiarity with Arabic language, culture, and consumer preferences.
- Support visual design for user acquisition and growth initiatives in the Arab market, including but not limited to campaign posters, banners, in-feed advertisements, and landing-page visuals.
- Ensure all visual assets comply with Arabic typography and right-to-left (RTL) layout standards. Carefully consider religious sensitivities, seasonal occasions such as Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, and local customs to avoid cultural risks.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and the visual preferences of investors in the Arab market. Translate the key features and selling points of financial and investment products into compelling, locally relevant visual communications.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarters design team to accurately understand business requirements. Independently manage the entire design process, from initial briefing and concept development to revisions, finalization, and delivery.
- Continuously optimize visual styles based on feedback from local users, while developing and documenting reusable design elements tailored to the market.
- Proactively incorporate AI-powered tools into daily design workflows to improve creative-production efficiency.
RequirementsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of visual design experience in the internet or financial services industry, with experience supporting international or Middle Eastern markets.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong motion design skills or experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is preferred.
- Strong sensitivity to color psychology, typography, and visual aesthetics in the Middle Eastern market, with the ability to deliver accurate and culturally relevant localized designs.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic, with the ability to accurately handle visual copy and typography in Modern Standard Arabic and major regional varieties, including those used in the Gulf region.
- Fluency in English or Chinese for business communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international and headquarters-based teams.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness, an inclusive mindset, and the ability to work effectively across time zones in the fast-paced environment of a multinational financial company.
- An interest in and basic understanding of investment and finance.
- Good knowledge of the target audience’s aesthetic preferences and the characteristics of local advertising communications.
- A deep understanding of and respect for Islamic culture, religious practices, and social customs across Arab countries.
- Proven experience working with Asian companies or internet businesses expanding into international markets.
- Proficiency in mainstream AI design tools, with the ability to efficiently produce visual assets that reflect local market characteristics.
