Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new institutional business opportunities.
- Develop relationships with prospective institutional clients and business partners.
- Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements to expand the firm’s institutional presence.
2. Institutional Strategy Execution
- Support the execution of institutional sales and business development initiatives.
- Assist in implementing strategic projects to grow the institutional business.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve processes and client experience.
3. Client Engagement & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients through regular engagement.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, investment needs, and service expectations.
- Gather client feedback and market intelligence to enhance service delivery and identify new business opportunities.
4. Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of client requests.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Contribute ideas and support team initiatives to achieve business objectives.
5. Performance Management
- Achieve assigned business development and client engagement KPIs.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in institutional sales, business development, relationship management, capital markets, stockbroking, asset management, investment banking, or other related financial services.
- Prior experience in US Equities and US Option Trading is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Additional language e.g. mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
