Provide senior administrative and logistics data management support to HQ AFMC/A4/10 at Wright-Patterson AFB. Duties include tracking and documenting action items, coordinating calendars, managing shared facility resources, monitoring financial costs, maintaining EIM sites and program correspondence, using the Task Management Tool (TMT) or equivalent for task assignment and suspense tracking, and ensuring compliance with directorate business rules and government-unique training.

Provide budgeting, execution, and financial analysis support for Space Systems Command programs. Support PPBE activities, develop spend plans and execution tracking, prepare briefings and issue papers, ensure fiscal law and DoD compliance, coordinate across acquisition and program teams, and maintain audit‑ready financial records for classified and unclassified portfolios.

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and scoped applications using OOTB modules and customizations. Lead requirements elicitation, design, testing, migration of legacy apps to an enterprise ServiceNow platform, resolve post-production issues, and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and SDLC processes.
