Position Summary
Credence is seeking qualified candidates for a prospective Administrative Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and operational support for program leadership and mission-critical initiatives. This role is responsible for managing schedules, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and supporting a variety of administrative and project-related activities.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, program staff, and stakeholders to ensure efficient office operations and effective coordination of activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
- Provide administrative and operational support to program leadership and staff.
- Coordinate and maintain calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other administrative documentation.
- Maintain and organize records, files, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor and respond to routine inquiries and communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking activities, and status reporting.
- Support meeting planning, logistics, agendas, and follow-up activities.
- Process and organize information, documents, and records to support business operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient program operations.
- Assist with records management and documentation maintenance activities.
- Support special projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Management, Human Resources, Office Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant professional experience providing administrative, office, program, or operational support.
- Experience preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, and administrative documentation.
- Experience managing schedules, records, files, or other administrative processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience supporting meetings, coordinating communications, and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
