Provide in-house legal and transaction support for Private Equity investments across Hong Kong, Mainland China and APAC. Support onboarding and integration of fund services clients; coordinate account opening, FATCA/CRS and KYC processes; update onboarding systems and data; assist relationship managers with regulatory and client reviews, profitability and client experience analysis; maintain templates and trackers; perform ad-hoc projects.

The role involves developing data sourcing infrastructure, producing transaction cost analysis, generating thought leadership content, and responding to data requests. A strong quantitative background is essential.
