- Oversee and validate trade bookings to ensure accurate capture of transactions in internal systems
- Coordinate preparation and verification of trade confirmations and contract notes, ensuring timely distribution to counterparties.
- Co-ordination with regional trade support groups, traders and customers to resolve queries / issues.
- Maintain and update static and reference data to support trading and operational accuracy.
- Proactively manage day-to-day operational queries and issues from internal and external stakeholders, escalating where necessary.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues between front office trading systems and downstream operational platforms.
- Serve as an authorizer and releaser for relevant systems to ensure operational governance and control.
- Supervise and manage daily business-as-usual (BAU) workflows, as well as project deliverables.
- Support initiatives aimed at process efficiencies, system enhancements, cost savings, and improved operational controls.
- Minimum of 1-4 years’ relevant experience in the securities or related financial services industry.
