Maintain general ledger and perform end-to-end record-to-report activities in SAP S/4HANA, including journal entries, reconciliations, month/quarter/year-end closes, management and statutory reporting, VAT review, audit support, and corporate tax assistance. Hunt for and close new business across a defined Luxembourg territory, build and manage a sales pipeline, own proposals and tenders, engage senior stakeholders, represent SD Worx externally, and maintain CRM records to meet sales targets and KPIs.

Lead SD Worx's global privacy and data protection program, manage and grow an international privacy team, ensure GDPR, EU Data Act and AI-related compliance, advise on privacy-by-design and DPIAs, manage breach response and supervisory authority relations, and embed privacy controls across products and services.
