Influence Business Performance Through People

• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and future organisational needs.
• Translate business strategy into people and workforce plans.
• Use data and insight to influence decision-making.
• Identify organisational, talent and workforce risks.
• Challenge leaders to make effective people decisions.
Build Stronger Leaders and Teams
• Coach and challenge leaders to improve accountability, effectiveness and performance.
• Support talent, succession and leadership development discussions.
• Strengthen leadership capability across the organisation.
• Reinforce and embed the SD Worx Guiding Principles.
Strengthen Organisational Capability
• Lead workforce planning and organisational capability discussions.
• Support organisational design and transformation initiatives.

• Use analytics to guide people and business decisions.
• Drive simplification and continuous improvement.

What do you have to offer?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business Partnering, Organisational Development or a comparable strategic People role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.
• Strong background in organisational development, workforce planning, talent management and change.
• Excellent coaching, facilitation and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and employee relations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
