Oversee timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing, including salaries, benefits, reimbursements, taxes, deductions, employee changes, and statutory requirements. Maintain payroll records, coordinate with external payroll vendors, support audits, handle employee payroll questions, and administer medical insurance, ESIC, and PF benefits.

Prepares single-line diagrams, equipment calculations, earthing, lighting, cable sizing, fire alarm, communication, lightning protection, load lists, and cable schedules. Reviews electrical vendor documentation and technical schematics while applying relevant industry standards and regulations.

Manages brand activation programs across home, in-store, and out-of-home touchpoints. Oversees product sampling, consumer engagement, brand guideline adherence, agency and vendor partnerships, promoter training, audits, reporting, budgets, quality controls, and cost-per-contact optimization. Builds agency networks, monitors execution standards, gathers consumer feedback and databases, and ensures timely, scalable, cost-effective program implementation.

Prepare and maintain departmental MIS reports, analyze financial and business data, provide insights, and support data analysis. Organize, file, and archive documents while communicating effectively in fluent English.
