The Payroll services associate will oversee the IIBSL
payroll function and ensure the payroll process is carried out timely, without
errors and in compliance with the statutory regulations.
The incumbent will have the following responsibilities:
- Maintains and reviews payroll processing
systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of the payroll
transactions including salaries, benefits, reimbursements, taxes and other
statutory or non-statutory deductions.
- Keep track and process the
new hires, termination, changes in pay cycles and pay rates
- Maintain a record of all
payroll related transaction
- Ensure compliance of central
and state related labour and wage laws
- Facilitate any
internal/external audit that happens as part of the regular payroll
process review
- Coordinate with external
vendors for processing the payroll
- Manage benefits and retirals
administration – Medical insurance, ESIC, PF
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human
resources
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Skills & Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of payroll function
& basic compensation structures including pay heads, taxes, and other
deductions
- Adept in handling employee
queries regarding payroll
- Proficient with Microsoft
Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
