Monitors turnaround time, win ratios, customer feedback, revenue, and DIFOT while supporting compliance checks, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Lead development and execution of global external communications and executive/internal messaging. Manage media relations, crisis communications, executive speeches, storytelling, agency partners, and measurement. Align internal and external messaging, support ELT town halls and change communications, and collaborate with marketing, IR, HR, and regional teams to strengthen reputation and visibility.

Provide legal, operational, and administrative support to the Associate General Counsel across NAMER. Responsibilities include contract drafting and management, matter and legal operations administration, corporate governance and entity housekeeping, e-discovery and document review support, legal research and due diligence, and IP administration. Maintain repositories, coordinate filings and audits, support outside counsel budgeting, and ensure accurate legal records and evidence handling.

Manage end-to-end proposal and order execution: translate customer requirements into proposals/orders, coordinate with sales, customer relations, purchasing and engineering, prepare techno-commercial costing, drive export control, handle parts/service cases, follow up CRM opportunities, manage claims and overdue receivables, and improve response time, quality and delivery performance.
