The Solution Specialist will manage the Screen & Centrifuge Lifecycle Service Line, identify business opportunities, generate leads, and provide technical expertise while ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting installations and inspections.

Provide site service and project support for FLS equipment across NSW and QLD, managing client relationships, service bookings, site compliance, team performance, and invoicing. Coordinate bookings, liaise with customers and stakeholders, coach and develop technicians, update procedures, and work with Field Service Manager to meet contracted delivery times and profitability targets.

Prepare and present competitive technical and commercial proposals for global capital projects in mining and cement. Analyze RFPs, develop technical solutions and pricing, produce proposal documentation, estimate costs, participate in reviews, and deliver client presentations.

Manage supply chain workstream for engineered-to-order capital equipment projects, coordinating procurement, suppliers, logistics, planning, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while tracking costs, KPIs, risks, and continuous improvement.
