The opportunity:
As the Internal Communications Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of internal communications activities that drive employee engagement, alignment, and understanding of the company’s strategy and priorities.
You will work closely with the Business Area Leaders, HR, and marketing stakeholders to deliver clear, consistent, and engaging communications across the organization. You will play a key role in translating business priorities into impactful internal messaging and supporting leadership communication.
The purpose of this role is to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and connected to the company’s direction through effective internal communication channels and content.
What you will do:
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
Support the development and execution of internal communications plans aligned with company strategy and priorities
Responsible for creating, editing, and publishing internal communication content across channels (sharepoint, intranet, email, newsletters, presentations, and digital platforms)
Support business leaders communications, including town halls, leadership updates, announcements, and key messaging
Collaborate with HR and leadership to support employee engagement initiatives and change communication activities
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and alignment with corporate communication standards
Coordinate and manage internal communication calendars and content planning
Support the preparation of communication materials such as presentations, scripts, and talking points for leaders
Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure alignment and localization of communication messages
Assist in managing internal communication channels and tools, ensuring content is up to date and engaging
Monitor and analyze internal communication performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations
Support communication efforts during organizational changes and transformation initiatives
Collaborate with external communications and marketing teams to ensure alignment between internal and external messaging
What you need to succeed:
BS/BA Degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a similar role
Experience creating engaging content for multiple communication channels
Experience supporting leadership or executive communications is an advantage
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience working in a global or matrix organization is preferred
Familiarity with digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and content management systems
Excellent command of English – must be fluent in writing as well as spoken
Salary range: 290.000 - 390.000 Ron gross
