Provide technical leadership for ion exchange resin applications across EMEA: support customers through project lifecycles, run simulations and lab/field trials, optimize systems, troubleshoot, develop application data and documentation, and collaborate with commercial teams to drive adoption and deliver technical training and presentations.

Maintains accurate employee records, reviews data quality, corrects processing errors, and responds to employee and manager inquiries about HR policies and transactions. Supports recruitment records, reports, and EEO statistics within the HR Shared Services Center while following defined procedures and identifying process improvements.

Designs, deploys, automates, and supports secure Azure infrastructure for enterprise and hybrid workloads. Builds ARM-based Infrastructure as Code and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, designs Azure networking, applies governance and monitoring controls, troubleshoots production incidents, and improves reliability, security, compliance, cost efficiency, and deployment consistency. Collaborates with architects, security, DevOps, operations, and application teams while documenting reusable infrastructure patterns and operational procedures.

Processes HR data across employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, life events, work events, and mass changes. Maintains employee records, conducts data quality reviews, corrects processing errors, and responds to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR policies and transactions. Supports recruitment records and EEO reporting while working within defined procedures and identifying process improvements.

Lead Corian Design’s global marketing transformation, including demand generation, specification influence, commercial integration, customer journey optimization, digital and data-driven marketing, brand positioning, and global team capability building. The role partners with regional commercial leaders to improve pipeline quality, conversion, market share, and marketing ROI across a complex, specification-driven B2B ecosystem.

Lead design and rollout of enterprise B2B integration solutions, migrating from VANs to hybrid EDI/API/portal/AI architectures. Architect SAP-integrated order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and logistics flows; define standards, onboarding strategies, and governance. Drive partner migrations, lead a small IT team, and manage vendors to deliver scalable, high-performance multi-channel integrations and automated document processing.
