We are looking for an Associate Analytics Manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our Merkle Analytics Team. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, aggregating, and analyzing data from marketing databases for analysis and decision-making. Key responsibilities include client reporting, designing reports and visualizations, writing SQL queries, and developing statistical and ML models.

Provide support for data collection, analysis, and insights dissemination. Automate data source collection, preprocess data, analyze trends, build predictive models and machine learning algorithms, present data accurately, and provide suggestions to clients. Work closely with clients to understand business needs and KPIs.

The HR Advisor Lead will support the implementation of HR initiatives, provide operational support in HR strategy, execute defined HR processes, support change management activities, and drive employee engagement. This role will work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to ensure effective HR practices across the business.

Lead Research Analyst responsible for delivering analysis in line with client business objectives, maintaining client performance targets, and facilitating communication between clients and team members. Uses specialized market research tools/programming languages to understand client requirements and build surveys. Reviews project requirements, assigns work to junior team members, and creates project plans. Located in Mumbai at Merkle on a full-time permanent basis.
