Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and other marketing platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, text effects, transitions, and visual assets using Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate with Creative, Design, Content, and Account Management teams to conceptualize and execute impactful video content.
- Interpret creative briefs and transform concepts into compelling visual stories.
- Organize, manage, and archive project files, ensuring efficient workflows and version control.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio balancing, and video optimization to maintain high production quality.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform-specific best practices.
- Stay updated on video editing trends, animation techniques, emerging formats, and social media content trends.
- Coordinate with production vendors, videographers, and other stakeholders during content creation when required.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Film Production, Visual Communication, Mass Media, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or a similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, motion design, typography, colour grading, and audio editing.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and motion graphics work is required.
Preferred Skills
- Strong creative storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of timing, pacing, and rhythm.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
