Lead strategy and business development for the Specialised Sectors North portfolio: identify opportunities, create and execute go-to-market plans, engage stakeholders across levels, and achieve sales targets while managing relationships with small business clients.

Plan, analyze, and optimize capacity for storage, networks, midrange and mainframe systems. Create capacity plans, monitor performance, forecast demand using statistical analysis, manage incidents, and deliver reports to improve utilization and prevent issues.

Provide operational and governance support to the Head of CIB Credit: coordinate credit and risk forums, manage credit documentation and committee secretarial duties, prepare and quality-assure management and regulatory reports (MANCO, KRI, attestation), support risk and compliance oversight, handle budgeting, MIS and ad-hoc projects, and respond to regulatory/audit information requests to ensure data integrity and audit-readiness.

Lead and manage Mobile Financial Services (MFS) operations and agency banking in-country, ensuring reconciliation, revenue assurance, governance, regulatory reporting, partner/vendor SLA management, stakeholder liaison, MIS reporting, process documentation, market analysis, and prompt resolution of wallet and agent transactions to optimize MFS product performance.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value and ultra-high-net-worth private banking clients. Build trusted relationships, identify needs, recommend tailored banking, lending, investment and advisory solutions, structure credit applications, collaborate with specialists, meet revenue targets, and ensure compliance with FAIS, risk and regulatory requirements.

Lead technical marketing and commercialization for insurance products: define strategy, ensure consistent actuarial-informed collateral, translate complex product features into value propositions, oversee technical marketing teams, and support advisors and intermediaries with product documentation.
