Requires 2–4 years of Sales/Presales/BA/Project Management experience.

Own day-to-day execution of the inbound lead engine: assign, track, follow up, and report on inbound leads; maintain CRM hygiene; build and enrich outbound prospect lists; support Sales, Marketing, and RevOps with research, reporting, and process improvements to maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: map customer requirements to Signzy products, design solutions, create techno-commercial proposals and pitch decks, perform business analysis and scoping, run product demos and presentations, liaise with product/project teams to close estimates and infra needs, address technical/compliance/infosec queries, train sales, and maintain sales collateral and toolkits.

Manage assigned accounts, build stakeholder relationships, drive renewals and retention, monitor product usage, coordinate cross-functional delivery, handle escalations, and support client education through marketing communications.

Lead and grow enterprise sales by hunting new clients, managing a sales team, qualifying leads, closing deals, serving as client POC, maintaining CRM, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to meet annual targets.
