- Understand product requirements, functional flows, and business logic. Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing. Identify, log, track, and verify bugs using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. Participate in requirement reviews and provide early QA feedback
- Write and maintain UI automation tests using Playwright. Work with Java or TypeScript for test automation
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results. Assist in improving test coverage and automation stability. Follow best practices for test structure, selectors, and assertions.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman / REST clients. Validate request/response payloads, status codes, and error handling
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, headers, authentication. Automate API tests using rest assured / playwright. Performance Testing (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge of performance and load testing concepts. Exposure to Apache JMeter. Ability to execute simple load tests and analyze basic reports
