The Staff Accountant will assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other basic accounting tasks as needed by the team.

Establish and maintain customer credit lines, review and release orders, contact customers on past-due balances, resolve disputes, compile month-end reports, and support collections to protect company receivables while enabling profitable sales growth.

Track delivery timelines, resolve schedule conflicts, manage costs and change impacts, maintain project documentation, liaise with vendors/customers, and perform occasional regional travel and physical tasks.

Lead and manage the Solutions/Integration team to deliver electromechanical systems projects from concept through commissioning. Partner with Sales on scoping, estimating, and proposals; assign and track project leads; oversee design, prototyping, BOM and procurement; maintain shop operations and product knowledge; ensure customer communication and training; and develop team capabilities and continuous improvement.

The Sales Account Manager will develop new business in the Fluid Process industry, manage a sales territory, and engage in full cycle prospecting activities to meet sales goals.

The role involves creating a sales plan, prospecting new business, collaborating with teams, and managing customer relationships in automation sales.

Lead enterprise analytics strategy, roadmap, and delivery including Power BI, Databricks, data governance, MDM, and BI analyst team management. Prioritize backlog, run Scrum, ensure data quality/consistency, partner with business leaders to deliver KPIs and insights that drive growth, margin, and operational excellence.
