Design and support custom hydraulic systems and power units for industrial and mobile equipment. Partner with customers and sales to gather requirements, troubleshoot field issues, reduce downtime, and deliver cost-effective, high-performance fluid power solutions from concept through implementation.

As an Operations Manager, you will supervise staff, coordinate with sales and customers, manage inventory and costs, and identify improvement needs.

Coordinate customer projects from order to delivery as primary liaison across sales, engineering, production, purchasing, warehouse and suppliers. Manage scheduling, material readiness, ERP production orders, engineering releases, change logs, shipment coordination, status updates, issue tracking, and project closeout while meeting budgets and on-time delivery targets.
