Essential Functions
- Enter and submit customer invoices through online payment portals accurately and within required deadlines.
- Monitor portal submissions and follow up on rejected invoices to ensure timely resolution and resubmission.
- Review the invoicing mailbox and route invoice rejections and billing issues to the appropriate Analyst or Customer Service Representative.
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with internal teams to ensure invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Process customer credit card payments accurately and in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and resolve billing issues while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Experience, Education and Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous billing, credit, accounts receivable, or portal billing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the initiative to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
