Manage a portfolio of client accounts as a strategic CSM while leading onboarding, migrations, and implementation best practices. Drive adoption, conduct QBRs, track success metrics, own renewals, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support. Develop onboarding plans, run kickoffs, deliver training, document handoffs, and create scalable processes and playbooks to improve team enablement and time-to-value.

Perform end-to-end data conversions for CityView implementations: map source-to-target data, develop reusable conversion scripts, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with customers and project teams, and deliver tested conversions to test and production environments while following CityView methodology and timelines.

Lead small-to-medium software projects from initiation through delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Sell SmartFusion software to local governments across the Gulf Region. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposals, demos, negotiation, and closing. Work with marketing and solution experts, maintain CRM pipeline, meet sales targets, provide competitive feedback, attend events, and travel frequently to build relationships and drive new business.

Lead design, implementation and operation of cloud and on‑prem infrastructure across Azure/OCI, administering Linux/Windows, containers and Kubernetes. Drive automation with Terraform/Ansible, own SaaS releases, security engineering (patching, hardening, vulnerability management, penetration tests), networking (WAF, VPN, load balancers), resilience/DR, observability, and documentation. Coordinate audits and customer security responses; eligible-for-UK-SC clearance required.

Manage customer relationships for CloudSource from implementation through post-go-live. Serve as customer advocate, drive product adoption, troubleshoot integrations, communicate new features, analyze usage trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as escalation point to maximize customer value and visibility.

Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for features, bug fixes, integrations, and releases. Investigate, document, track, and validate defects and customer issues. Communicate release changes and draft release notes. Use AI-assisted tools when appropriate and contribute to QA process and standards improvements.
