Lead account management and client retention for enterprise IFM clients by directing operational teams, ensuring KPIs and financial performance, driving renewals and expansion, resolving escalations, and promoting continuous improvement and client relationships.

Plans, develops and delivers assigned facility projects from scope to close. Creates project plans, schedules, budgets and resource estimates; monitors progress, mitigates risks, leads project teams, manages vendors and client relationships, and ensures projects meet timeline, budget, regulatory, environmental and health & safety requirements.

With supervision, plans, develops and delivers assigned facility projects on time, within scope and budget. Defines scope with clients, creates schedules, manages resources, budgets, risks, vendors and project teams, monitors progress, ensures regulatory and safety compliance, and maintains client relationships and satisfaction.

Manage end-to-end delivery of moderate-to-high complexity facilities projects: define scope, budgets, schedules, risks, vendor contracts, invoicing, reporting, and client communications. Ensure regulatory, health & safety, and quality compliance; collaborate with operations and stakeholders; oversee close-out, handover, and project performance using BGIS PM systems and dashboards.

Provides complex transactional and month-end support across full accounting cycle for multiple portfolios. Prepares percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly client reports. Performs profitability variance analysis, forecasting, job costing, AR follow-up, and supports process improvement while ensuring GAAP compliance. Uses advanced Excel and accounting systems for financial modeling and reporting.

Provides transactional accounting support including reconciliations, month-end journal entries, audit support, basic forecasting and reporting. Identifies and resolves transactional discrepancies, works with systems and IT on setups, and assists senior staff with ad hoc analysis and financial controls.

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple client accounts, perform site inspections and audits, ensure quality, safety and security compliance, recruit and train staff, manage schedules, inventory and budgets, respond to client requests and emergencies, and support sales leads.

Process and verify work orders and invoices, enter materials into the database, post and review customer invoices, resolve discrepancies, monitor and clear unbilled work orders, and collaborate with service managers, procurement, and technicians to ensure accurate billing.

Manage end-to-end delivery of moderate-complexity construction projects: define scope, plans, budgets, risks, schedules, and teams. Maintain client relationships, produce business cases and Class D estimates, ensure compliance, and communicate status. Bilingual (French/English) required.
