Handle inbound B2C leads through calls, emails, and digital channels; qualify and nurture prospects, educate them about residential solar solutions, and schedule field visits, meetings, and demos. Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines, achieve conversion and sales targets, and collaborate with design and business development teams to improve lead conversion.
