Senior Portfolio Manager leading commercial and corporate loan underwriting, structuring, origination, servicing, credit analysis, and risk management. Partners with Relationship Managers to support C&I and commercial real estate borrowers, develop lending proposals, identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain portfolio quality, oversee documentation and due diligence, and mentor junior team members. Supports business continuity and resilience initiatives across business units. Responsibilities include developing and validating continuity plans, business impact analyses, dependency maps, recovery strategies, risk assessments, training, emergency notification exercises, tabletop exercises, and reporting. The role facilitates communication with business, technology, and risk partners, supports incident and crisis management, and participates in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage.

Review, research, and resolve client fraud and dispute claims while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate documentation. Assists with appraisals, flood determinations, UCC filings, and OFAC-related processes. Requires banking customer service experience, client specialist experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with LaserPro and loan documentation.

Defines, prioritizes, and delivers data analytics and AI-enabled products supporting enterprise reporting and data-driven decisions. Acts as the liaison among business stakeholders, data engineering, analytics, platform, and data science teams. Establishes product direction, identifies AI and machine learning opportunities, ensures alignment with strategic objectives and data governance standards, and manages multiple initiatives and stakeholder groups.

Manages enterprise email security controls and investigates suspicious messages, phishing, social engineering, business email compromise, and related threats. Responsibilities include triaging reports, analyzing headers and URLs, reviewing Proofpoint alerts and quarantines, troubleshooting email delivery, supporting incident response, containing malicious messages, documenting evidence, and collaborating with identity, endpoint, messaging, and security teams. The role also supports digital risk protection, email authentication controls, threat escalation, process improvements, and after-hours response.

Provides technical support for Treasury Management products by handling incoming service requests, resolving client issues, navigating multiple systems, delivering training, and recommending needs-based products. Maintains advanced product knowledge, follows banking audit and security policies, coordinates with sales, product, and implementation teams, and tracks recurring issues to identify process improvements and client risks.

Develops and maintains full-stack .NET applications for wealth management. Responsibilities include designing and normalizing data sets, building data extraction and loading processes, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, implementing, and supporting software applications. Requires expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, API development, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies. The role is onsite and involves up to 5% domestic travel.

Develops and executes Treasury Management sales strategies for existing, new, and prospective commercial clients. Drives revenue and sales goals through networking, client needs analysis, product proposals, working capital analysis, and partnership with Relationship Managers. Provides treasury product demonstrations and training, supports onboarding, manages analyst workloads, tracks implementation timelines, and prepares reports for management. Requires strong knowledge of treasury products, pricing, payment and receivable processes, and cash flow analysis.
