Lead and enforce civil engineering department policies and procedures, manage operations and staff, ensure civil design deliverables for commercial and public site development, coordinate with project managers and designers, use AutoCAD/Bluebeam/MS Office to gather project information, identify approval hurdles, and drive performance metrics.

Lead mid-to-large projects for design, engineering, fabrication and installation of custom process systems. Manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, vendor/subcontractor quotes, execution plans, and client communication to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Perform administrative support including data entry, document processing, billing, and project coordination. Assist with time-off requests, safety reports, and general office tasks while supporting the project admin team.

Manage accounts payable for construction projects: receive, verify, and enter vendor invoices in Procore and accounting systems; process payments; reconcile statements; handle vendor inquiries; process expense reports; assist month-end close and maintain AP documentation and compliance.

Make outbound calls to prospective companies in construction, industrial, and skilled trades to generate sales opportunities, introduce staffing solutions, qualify needs, and hand off warm leads to Account Managers. Use provided call lists and scripts, meet outbound activity and performance metrics, and pursue growth into business development or account management roles.

Operate and maintain surveying instruments (Trimble/GPS/robotic total stations), perform and check field survey computations and notes, enforce safety and traffic procedures, plan and execute daily fieldwork, download data, prepare timesheets and reports, communicate with office staff, and supervise projects within authority limits.

Maintain and update technical knowledgebase; perform remote and on-site troubleshooting; test and deploy hardware and software; image workstations; manage end-user projects such as migrations, deployments and new technology rollouts; provide customer-facing technical support.

Monitor and document disaster debris removal operations, track quantities and types, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with contractors, and maintain accurate records and reports to support recovery efforts.

Manage daily office operations for a waste management/landfill office: supplies, scheduling, onboarding, filing, calls, administrative support for project teams, and maintaining office cleanliness and organization.

Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using scheduling software. Coordinate with managers and engineers to define tasks, track progress, report variances, run scheduling meetings, recommend corrective actions, and maintain scheduling documentation to ensure timely milestone delivery.
