- Proposal management: Overseeing the creation and submission of bids, and crafting responses to RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs
- Coordination and communication: Organizing meetings, presentations, and updates to promote a collaborative environment
- Business development: Supporting the Business Development Manager and General Manager in acquiring new business, marketing, and social media activities
- Bid library management: Managing, reviewing, and updating bid library content
- Case studies and reference materials: Preparing case studies and other reference materials
- Customer due diligence: Ensuring customer due diligence and terms of business agreements are in place
